While Royal Palm doesn't need any external advertising (they are by invitation only), Stonebridge Country Club advertised successfully to neighboring communities (for outside annual membership) and nationally to gain brand recognition. I was able to help Stonebridge not only fill its outside annual membership, but was also able to create a waiting list. Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads played a pivotal role. I created slideshow still ads, video ads, and banner ads and used CRM software to track leads (HubSpot) and email pipelines with MailChimp to nurture leads. In addition, we would call leads and provide tours to those interested. The below is just a taste of the types of advertisements we served.
